Mickey & Minnie
About Mickey and Minnie
|Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed||Age: 3 months (approx)||Sex: Male / Female|
Mickey and Minnie are 13 week old siblings looking for a forever home together. They were born outdoors to a homeless mum living a community cat colony. They were supported by local people who helped to socialise the kittens and have been in our care 4 weeks. They have become friendly, playful kittens who are enjoying all the benefits of domestic life.
Mickey is the foster carer’s favourite of the group. He is a big softie! The pair are can be reserved at times but like typical kittens they love to play and practice their hunting skills!Once worn out they pile in a heap together for a snooze. They have never been hissy or bitey, they just look worried when they are overwhelmed. For this reason we would like to rehome them to a quiet home where they can bond with their adopter, as they have done with their foster family, and settle in at their own pace. They are still young and require your attention and frequent small meals, so cannot be left for more than 5 to 6 hours a day.
Both kittens have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They are polydactyl and look like they are wearing cute mittens. Wikipedia says: A polydactyl cat is a cat with a congenital physical anomaly called polydactyly (or polydactylism, also known as hyperdactyly), which causes the cat to be born with more than the usual number of toes on one or more of its paws. In our opinion there’s just more of them to love!
If you can offer the kittens a home where they can explore the outdoors once grown up then please get in touch on 0161 882 0680 (opt 4).
