HOUSE RABBIT Our pretty lady Poppy is approx 12 weeks old. She is one of 6 bunnies who were an unplanned litter left to roam free in a garden. When they came into our care they were sodden and matted. They clearly have angora in them as they are all just fluffy powder puffs!
Poppy needs to be housed indoors so she won’t come into contact with sawdust/shavings and where hay can be kept in racks, or limited to litter trays, to reduce it getting caught up in his fur. She will need regular grooming of his rear end and mane but is tolerant of being handled. Poppy can be introduced to a neutered male companion now, as she will not reach puberty for a couple of more months. She is a super friendly bunny girl who comes running to greet us, climbs all over us and loves attention and food!
Poppy has received both vaccinations, will be microchipped before she leaves us and once old enough the branch will contribute up to £100 towards the cost of neutering. If you can offer Poppy a home please call 0161 737 6600. You can check out our housing guide here:
