About Sid

Breed: Domestic  crossbreed Age: 3 years (approx) Sex: Male

Super hunk Sid is looking for a home as a single house cat after having had a hard life as an unwanted moggy living life on the streets. Sid came into RSPCA care after being found by a member of the public limping. He had sustained a cat bite on his leg that had turned into an abscess and it was causing him pain. He spent some time at the RSPCA animal hospital recovering from him injury and a routine blood test revealed he had contracted FIV whilst he was homeless. As a result of his status we are looking for a good sized home for him to live indoors for life. To read more about FIV please visit:
Sid is everyone’s favourite cat in the cattery. He went from a fed up, depressed tom cat to a neutered, chilled out snugglepuss in just the space of two weeks. Every day he is up at the bars of his pen ready to greet his adoring fans. He loves to sit with you, tell you about his day and have a fuss. He is such a happy and relaxed boy now that we can’t wait for him to finally enjoy home comforts and attention on tap. Sid is not only very handsome but very friendly and confident with a healthy streak of cheekiness!
Sid is approx 3 years of age. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is looking for a good sized home, either a large apartment or house to reside in, where he won’t be left for then 8 to 9 hours a day. We think Sid will make an ideal companion for a home with adults and teens. He’s a canny lad with a wonderful character and is waiting to meet you. Please call 0161 737 6600 to meet him!
