Boy baby hamster 1
About boy baby!
|Breed: Syrian||Age: Born 3 March||Sex: Male|
These two boys were born on 3rd March and will soon be ready to go to their furever home. Their mum was one of 9 Syrian hamsters that were abandoned in a cardboard box. They were mixed sex and inevitably some of the ladies gave us babies! The boys are looking to be rehomed individually.
If you would like to offer one, or any of the other hamsters a home, you will require a good sized cage, e.g. Alaska cage (84 x 48.5x 44 cm) or Barney cage (100 x 54 x 45cm) and a 28cm diameter wheel. We use paper ‘cloth ‘ bedding called fitch and give them a good 10cm deep worth so they can burrow. We can also show you our cages set up. They also enjoy playtime out, but not in a hamster ball.
Hamsters are nocturnal animals, which means they tend to be most active from 7pm onwards and throughout the night. As such they do not make great children’s pets because they do not want to come out and be handled when a child is likely to want to do so.
If you would like to adopt a hamster please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the dimensions and photos of your cage.
